These Terms of Use govern your use of couchpotatorunclub.com They are separate from our Programme Terms & Conditions (which govern buying and participating in our programmes and events). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

ACCEPTABLE USE.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
introduce malware, viruses or harmful code;
scrape, harvest, crawl or systematically extract content or data from the site without our prior written permission;
copy, reproduce, resell or exploit any part of the site for commercial purposes without our consent;
impersonate CPRC or any other person, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

If you submit content to us (e.g. via forms, reviews or communications), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it in connection with our services, and you confirm you have the right to share it.
